ECHR rules against Montenegro

In the case of Šaranović v. Montenegro, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg has declared the application partly ill-founded under Article 35 paragraph 3 (a) and paragraph 4 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and partly premature under Article 35 paragraph 1 and paragraph 4 of the Convention. At the same time, the European Court has found a violation of the right to liberty and security under Article 5 § 1 (c) of the Convention.
